These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all reservations and purchases involving fewer than 10 people or fewer than 5 rooms, made by email, by phone, or via the website https://www.saintmalogolf.com. They are intended to govern the relationship between the customer and SAINT-MALO GOLF CLUB, a single-member limited liability company (SARL) with a capital of 750,000 euros, whose registered office is located in Saint-Yvieux, 35540 LE TRONCHET, and which is registered with the Saint-Malo Trade and Companies Register (R.C.S.) under number 338 684 277. Any reservation or purchase made through this website implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which take precedence over all other terms and conditions.
Booking Conditions
Any booking implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the rooms and services offered.
A guarantee is required for all bookings: a credit card or other payment method. A charge may be made depending on the rate chosen.
Written confirmation will be sent to you, after which no changes to the rate type can be made.
Our initial quote is based on your specific request; if you change your program or dates, we reserve the right to adjust our pricing accordingly.
Deposits and billing
Exclusive and promotional rates require payment for the entire stay, which is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
The standard rate requires a deposit of at least 30% of the stay, charged no later than 3 days or 72 hours before the scheduled arrival. For this rate, the deposit is refundable up to 3 days before arrival.
In the event of invalid banking details, the hotel will notify you by phone or email. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we reserve the right to consider your booking invalid and cancel it.
Any services not included in the quote or personal expenses such as the restaurant, breakfast, drinks, golf, etc., as well as the tourist tax, are to be paid on-site upon departure.
Cancellation policy
In accordance with Article L. 121-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Any cancellation must be confirmed and justified to our reception desk by mail, fax, or email. Details and cancellation conditions depend on the room and rate chosen. They are specified during the booking process under "see details and all prices".
In case of a no-show on your arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Stay
Your room is available from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Failure to respect the departure time may result in additional charges.
A departure after 11:00 AM is possible if the room is not booked for the following night (confirmed by reception no earlier than the day before departure) and will be free of charge until 12:00 PM, then charged at 10% of the price of your last night per additional hour until the keys are returned to reception.
We recommend that you inform us of your arrival details, especially if you will be arriving late (after 6:00 PM), so we can provide you with the best possible welcome.
Our rates are displayed in euros (€) and include all taxes, with the exception of extras and additional services (breakfast, drinks, telephone, personal expenses) and the tourist tax of €2.05 (Resolution of the Saint-Malo Agglomeration Community dated June 29, 2017).
