The Saint-Malo Golf Resort

The Saint Malo Golf Resort is owned by the Raulic Group, an independent, family-owned hotel group founded in 1981 by Serge Raulic, the Founding President, who is now joined by his son Olivier Raulic and his daughter Charlotte Raulic-Bordron—a wonderful family trio that works in perfect harmony and complements one another as they steer this magnificent ship.

François Mourocq, the hotel’s director, and his team are dedicated to welcoming you every day and ensuring you have an unforgettable experience in the heart of a pristine natural setting.

Committing to the quality of our relationships with our customers and employees means building loyalty to foster lasting relationships. Drawing on our experience in the hospitality industry, our Group is also committed to preventive health: eating well, staying active, and sleeping well. We create the optimal conditions to enable our guests to take care of their health in the long term: to return to healthy lifestyle habits, get restful sleep, and thus take care of both their bodies and their minds.

Our values give meaning to our actions and guide our daily work, enabling our employees to feel valued and thrive within a long-term vision, and allowing our customers to enjoy unique, high-quality experiences.

Our Environmental Commitments

Respect for the environment has always been a major concern for us. Recognizing the limits of our resources and the need to play an active role in promoting sustainable development, we take specific actions to contribute to the responsible management of energy, resources, waste, and more.

In 2019, we decided to conduct a detailed assessment of our environmental impacts through an audit in order to develop an effective and sustainable action plan aimed at reducing our environmental footprint.

Working closely with ADEME and with the support of Betterfly Tourism, a Nantes-based firm that helps companies in the tourism sector reduce their environmental impact, we conducted comprehensive audits of our facility in order to

to obtain an environmental label recognized by ADEME that provides a detailed analysis of our environmental performance and thus identifies areas for improvement.

Objectives of the Approach

01

Accurate knowledge of energy consumption and its sources through a comprehensive inventory of equipment, so you can equip yourself with the right tools to take more effective action.

02

Reduce the environmental impacts of our facilities through concrete actions.

03

Reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and those of the people around us (suppliers, partners, customers, and employees).

04

Invest in sustainable operating practices that aim for carbon neutrality and reduced resource consumption.
