Online Green Fee Order
Reservations and purchases made by the Customer are processed through the online reservation and purchase system available on the Website. Before placing an order, the Customer must accept these terms and conditions.
The Customer certifies the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided when placing an order and necessary for processing such orders. The Customer is responsible for verifying the truthfulness, completeness, and accuracy of the information provided to the Saint-Malo Golf Resort for the purposes of the order. Saint-Malo Golf Resort shall not be held liable—neither to the golf courses nor to the Customer—for any potentially harmful consequences to the Customer resulting from a false statement or data entry errors. In this context, all costs incurred shall be and remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The Saint-Malo Golf Resort’s acceptance of the order is confirmed by sending an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer, or, failing that, upon completion of online payment by credit card. Your credit card will be charged immediately.
In the event that Saint-Malo Golf Resort is forced, due to circumstances beyond its control, to modify or cancel an order after it has been confirmed, it will notify the Customer via email sent to the email address provided by the Customer at the time of the order. Any amounts paid will be fully refunded to the Customer by crediting the card used to pay for the order.
Any Service that is not used, is interrupted, or is cut short due to the Customer’s actions shall not entitle the Customer to any refund from Saint-Malo Golf Resort.
Any online purchase of a green fee is non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, any amounts paid for the reservation will be retained by Saint-Malo Golf Resort.
The Customer must arrive at the golf course in sufficient time to allow for the smooth operation of the course. It is customary in this context for the Customer to arrive 30 minutes before their reserved tee time.
In the event of a late arrival, the Guest is requested to notify the Golf Club as soon as possible; the Golf Club will make its best efforts—without any obligation to achieve a specific result—to offer the Guest a new tee time. Under no circumstances may the Saint-Malo Golf Resort be held liable if the Golf Club is unable to make such an offer.
Prices are listed in euros, including VAT at the rate in effect on the date the order is placed.
Our prices are valid as long as they remain posted on the Website and may change in real time; the Saint-Malo Golf Resort reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice.
Please note that payment upon arrival at the golf course will result in the highest public rate for the current season being charged.
